Himalayas Yoga Trek
Trekking and Yoga Meditation is one of the unique ways to enjoy the serene beauty of the tallest and most spiritual mountain range in the vast Himalayas. Trekkers can walk along the natural gravel path. The trek meanders through scenic river banks, follows terraced fields and climbs the forested ridges connecting picturesque mountain villages. Trekking in Nepal's most popular seasons are spring (March, April) and autumn (September, October).

Annapurna Panoramic Trek
Annapurna Panoramic Trek, also known as Ghorepani Poon Hill trek, is one of the popular treks in the Annapurna himalaya region. On the trekking route, we will see a verdant forest and the Himalayan settlements of Ghorepani Poon Hil and experience first-hand Gurung hospitality and culture.
From Poon Hill, the panoramic views of Mt.Dhaulagiri (8167m), Mt.Annapurna I (8091 m), Mt. Fishtail or Machhapuchhre (6993m), Mt.ManasIu (8157m) along the world's deepest Kali Gandaki Gorge are majestic and inspiring.

Day I: Arrival in Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA), Kathmandu Nepal.
Upon arrival meet our representative at airport and transfèr to hotel/ after refreshing, complete the official formalities/ briefing about the preparation and rest of the day free for your own leisure/overnight at hotel in BB Basis.


Day 2: Fly or Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara
Approximately 6-7 hrs. by deluxe tourist bus or 30 minute fly to Pokhara, during the drive or flight we will already have stunning views on the mighty Himalayas massif which rise above 8000m, like Manaslu and Annapurna) and transfèr to hotel overnight in BB Basis and preparation activities for yoga trek. In Pokhara you will have free for personal activities- you may simply rest or go for visiting Lake Side down town market etc. Pokhara is main gateway city for Annapurna region trek and other mid west areas.


Day 3: After breakfast early morning transfer to trailhead
Nayapul(1070m) and trek up to Tikhedhunga(1540m, 4 hrs) /overnight at teahouse. Further of Nayapul the trail smoothly goes climb up following river bank and after finally reach at the Tikhedhunga village for overnight halt. [L, D]


Day 4: Tikhedhunga(1540m) to Ghorepani(2850m) 6-7 hrs
Today first the trail ascends many steps of Ulleri hill top village and it follows up to Banthanti lunch stop. After lunch break you will be walking through the mossy jungle up and down trail up to Ghorepani final stop. Along the route you will be stopped tor sort drinking break at Nangthanti tea shop.  Overnight stay at guesthouse. [B, L, D]


Day 5: Ghorepani- Poonhill(3210m) - Tadapani (2630m) 6-7 hrs
Wake up early morning then at 4am an hour hike up to Poonhill (3210) with the help of your stick
& flash light. From where you can enjoy with Panoramic views of majestic mountains (Fish Tail)
(6993m), Tukuche Peak (6920m), Nilgiri (6940m), Hiunchuli (6441m), Annapurna South
(7219m), Giant Dhaulagiri (8167 m) and many more views & beautiful Sunrise view from your Eye lavel. Then after 45 minute Trek down to Ghorepani and have Breakfast then start your 6 hrs Trek to Tadapani. Please obtain ample water supply in this village for the long distance trek ahead. The trail climbs along ridges through pine and rhododendron forests to Deurali and has stunning views of snow-capped mountains. We descend to reach Banthanti, before winding our way to Tadapani.to the hotel. [B, L, D]


Day 6: From Tadapani to Jhinu Danda Hot Spring(1780m) 5-6 hrs
After breakfast we leave Tadapani to reach Jhinudanda after walking for about 5-6 hours. The Trail follow steeply downhill to the kimrong khola the cross the suspension bridge then gradual uphill to the gurjung village which gurung village part of Ghandruk, then trek to chhomrong village. After having lunch 45 minute descending, we reach Jhinudanda check in hotel, then 20 minute walking down to recreate natural hot spring and overnigh stay back to hotel. [B, L, D]


Day 7: Jhinu Hot spring to Tolka(1700m) 5-6 hrs
Today at first, the trail goes down to Newbridge and the up to Landruk for the Lunch. Annapurna South and Hiunchuli is still beautifill on the back. After lunch we go further up about 2 and half hour to arrive at the top of the ridge Deurali then Tolka. Or, from here it is 1 hour up and 45 minutes downhill to arrive in Pothana village for the overnight.[B, L, D]


Day 8: Tolka Pothana to Phedi Walking 3 hours and drive to Pokhara/ Overnight at tourist class hotel.
Today is our final day of trekking. Early in the morning we can enjoy the panorama of
Annapurna with sunrise. After breakfast we start our trekking towards, Pothana, dhampus and Phedi. It is comfortable walk, as it takes about 3.5 hours descending to arrive in Phedi. Then I hr driving back to Pokhara, you can again enjoy the lake and it's surrounding. Overnight at hotel on BB based.[B, L]


Day 9: Sightseeing Pokhara
After Yoga and breakfast, we will go to see world peace Pagoda stupa, Gupteswar mahadev cave, Devi's fall, and Tibetian refugee camp then back to hotel for your lunch and free time around.


Day 10: Drive or flight back to Kathmandu and stay at tourist class hotel


Day 11: Full day guided sightseeing around Kathmandu valley
After having breakfast, we see the historical Durbar Square area, Pasupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa & Swyambhunath Stupa which will take you to visit Nepal's most popular attractions and lunch break will be during the tour at best restaurants available/overnight at hotel in BB Basis.


Day 12: Transfer for your final flight departure.
The trip ends, we will drop you to the Kathmandu International Airport for your flight departure from Nepal.

Everest Base Camp Trek
For those trekkers who love to be surrounded by the high Himalayas, inspiring landscapes, high altitude, then this is the trek for you! Lukla at 2828m is the first step to Everest Base Camp 5545m, the final destination. Where we will see  Mt. Everest 8,848m, Mt. Thamserku. Mt.
Khangtega, Mt. Amadablan 6,812m, Mt.Lhotse 8,516m, Mt.Nuptse 7,855m, Mt.Pomari 7,161 m,
Mt. Kwangde-Ri, Mt.MakaIu 8,463m and more than 150 other high mountains. The Everest Base Camp Trek starts after a 35 minute flight from Kathmandu with the views of amazing rivers and hills all the way to Lukla at 2,828m. The clean and busy city of Lukla sits just below a huge cliff in the Himalayas and makes for a great first step to trek to Everest Base Camp. If you are lucky, wild animals like the musk deer, and several diffèrent species of birds like Danfe, Munal, Kalij, Himalayan pheasant can be spotted during your trek. The Everest Base Camp Trek is physically challenging. We will try to achieve your dream destination with the assistance of our professional guides and an itinerary designed to avoid altitude sickness and trekking accidents.


Day 1: Arrival in Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA), Kathmandu Nepal.

Day 02- Fly to Lukla(2804 m) trek to Phakding(2610 m) 2.5 hrs.
An early morning start takes us to Tribhuwan International Airport in Kathmandu for the 40 minute scenic flight to Tenzing- Hillary Airport at Lukla(2804m). Upon arrival at the airport, your guide will brief you and introduce our porters before we begin our trek towards Phakding(2610m).
After landing we have time to explore the village while our Sherpa crew sorts and loads our trekking equipment. Then we begin our trek by descending towards the Dudh Koshi River where we join the main trail to Namche Bazaar, gateway of Everest, located just above Chaunrikharka(2713m). The walking is easy and after passing through the small village of Ghat (2550m) it is a short walk to Phakding. Overnight at Guesthouse.[L, D]


Day 03- Trek to Namche Bazaar(3441 m) 5 hrs.
We continue trekking along the banks of the Dudh Koshi, crossing this majestic river many times on exciting suspension bridges laden with prayer flags. After entering Sagamartha National Park, the trail climbs steeply with breathtaking views. Namche Bazaar known as the Gateway to Everest, is home to many quality restaurants, hotels, lodges, shops, money exchanges, internet cafes and a bakeries. Namche is one of the biggest villages along the whole Everest trail.[B, L, D]


Day 04- Namche Bazaar - Acclimatization day
We will spend a day here in order to acclimatize and adjust to the thinning of the air, as well as a short trek where a museum is celebrating the traditional customs of the Sherpa people. Today we hike up the Syangboche Airport around Everest View Hotel, (3.5 hr walk, go and back) From this point, we can see rewarding views of the Himalayas with stunning sunrise and sunset over the panorama of Khumbu peaks. Day 05- Trek to Tengboche Monastery(3860 m) 5 hrs.
The trek continues along the rushing glacial waters of the Dudh Koshi with stunning views of the mountains. We trek to an altitude of 3860 meters today. On reaching Tengboche you will see the monastery. Inside the monastery are incredibly ornate wall hangings, a 20-foot sculpture of Buddha, and the musical instruments and robes Of the Lamas. The group will be taken to observe a prayer ceremony either in the evening or morning depending on how the day's trekking went. Overnight at Guesthouse.[B, L, D]


Day 06- Trek to Dingboche(4350 m) 5.30 hrs.
From Tengboche the trail drops to Debuche, crosses another exciting suspension bridge on the Imja Khola, and climbs to Pangboche amongst thousands of mani stones. Our uphill trek continues, taking us to the quaint traditional Sherpa village of Dingboche with its exquisite views of Lhotse, Island Peak, and Ama Dablam. We take our time so we avoid getting affècted by the altitude. Night stay at Guesthouse.[B, L, D]


Day 07- Trek to Lobuche(4910 m) 5 hrs.
Today, the trail continues along the lateral moraine of the Khumbu Glacier and passes by stone memorials for climbers who have perished on nearby summits. We continue to climb as we are heading to the altitude of 4910 meters at Lobuche which is really just a few huts at the 100t of giant Lobuche peak. Some breathing problems may arise today due to the altitude. Overnight at Guesthouse.[B, L, D]


Day 08- Trek to Everest Base Camp(5365 m) then back to Gorakshep(5180 me) 8 hrs.
This is another big and difficult day walk along the Khumbu Glacier and up to Everest Base Camp at 5365 meters, the closest you can get to Mt. Everest without mountaineering equipment.
There will likely be a team about to attempt the summit. The view of the Khumbu Icefall from Base Camp is spectacular. We return back to Gorak Shep for the night. Overnight at Guesthouse.[B, L, D]


Day 09- Hike up to Kalapatthar (5555 m) early in the morning and trek down to Pheriche (4200 m) 7 hrs.
This will be one of the most difficult yet rewarding days of the trek. Most of morning in this day is spent 2.5 hr climbing Mt. KalaPatthar, a small peak at 5555meters. The ascent is demanding but the climber gets the most magnificent mountain panorama: Everest, the highest point on the planet at 8848 meters, towers directly ahead and on all sides loom the other giants, Nuptse, Pumori, Chagatse, Lhotse and countless others. We make 30 minutes descent to Gorak Shep, a tiny hamlet at 51 80 meters then trek down to Pheriche. Nigh Stayt at Guesthouse.[B, L, D]


Day 10- Trek to Namche Bazaar (3441 m) 5.30 hrs.
From Periche we take a slightly different route down to Orsho, then to Pangboche village. Here is the oldest monastery in the region which contains what is said to be the scalp and bones of a 'Yeti', or the abominable snowman. Leaving mountains behind us, our descent takes us through Tengboche Monastery(3860) before continuing back to the town of Namche Bazaar(3441) We arrive back to Namche Bazaar in the afternoon. Day 11- Trek to Lukla (2804 m) 6 hrs.
Finally we return to Lukla where the trek began, which will seem like a lifetime ago; enjoying time to reflect on the trek as a group and the personal achievement of all those who took part it, also giving you time to explore the town. Overnight at Guesthouse.[B, L, D]


Day 12- Morning flight back to Kathmandu.
Enjoying your last glimpse of the mountains you have recently visited for one last time on the 40 minute scenic flight back to Kathmandu. On arrival in Kathmandu, we are met and transfèrred back to our tourist class hotel and overnight stay.[B]


Day 13- Kathmandu valley sightseeing
In the morning, after having breakfast we go to see rich historical places by tourist vehicle.
Basantapur Durbar square, Swoyambhunath(Temple Monkey). Bkaktapur Durbar square, Pashupatinath temple, and Boudhhanaath Stupa. In the evening we will have a farewell dinner in a traditional Nepalese restaurant with cultural performances. Overnight at same Hotel in Kathmandu.


Day 14- Transfer for your final flight departure.
The trip ends, we will drop you to the Kathmandu International Airport for your flight departure from Nepal
